I am in the process of posting the completed Scratch animations on the Computer School website. As students hand in their completed and peer reviewed files, I will post them to the website. Please take a look. You can also satisfy your peer-review assignment by reviewing one of the assignments from online, but you must fill out the peer-review sheet and turn it in for a grade.
For my Scratch Project I figured out how to make someone glide with a pen down.
My biggest accomplishment was finishing my The Giver Animation.
My biggest challenge was making the other sprites wait and stand still.
I would like to learn more about accurately making the sprite move in a maze.
For My scratch project I did the Giver Theme and i fugured out glide, put pen down, edit the sprite and more.
My biggest accomplishment was finishing my first Scratch project and i thought i did good.
My biggest challenge was making all the sprites move at one click.
I would like to learn how to make a maze and how the sprites interact.
For my scratch project i figured out how to make a fashion show with a animated person. My biggest acomplishment was actually making the animated person even though I had help from others. My biggest challenge was getting the animated person to move and glide across the room. I would like to learn a little more about how to make a animated person on scratch other than that I had a blast using scratch.
For my scratch progect I figued out how to make a dice game. My biggest acomplish ment was to make things appear and disapper. My biggest challenge was to make everything go together. I would like to learn more about all of scratch
For my scratch project I figured out that the work was hard but it payed off.

My biggest challenge was trying to get the sprites to move and talk. It was a exicting experience to do this scratch project. If I had the opportunity to do this again for extra credit I would. It was really fun especially when I had a great teacher Ms. Ruzides
For My scratch project I figured out how to roll dice using the random command.
My biggest accomplishment was again using the dice.
my biggest challenge was getting a UI (user-interface) that was easy to use.
I would like to learn more about the “numbers” controls as they seem very useful.
For my scratch project I figured out in my scratch project that you can be creative with any project. I twisted it up a bit. So there was a special part where he threw up. My biggest accomplishment was when I put all the parts together. My biggest challenge was when I had to write the introduction with the instructions on how to do everything, I kept having to change it. I would like to learn more about how to make it neat and less complicated. It was hard to figure it all out. But i got there in the end.
For my scratch project i figured out how to make my animations talk, and move. I figured out how animations work. They work through commands.
My biggest accomplishment was creating five animations that move and say something when you click them. I was happy that i was able to do this.
My biggest challenge was that i was not able to move my animations to the places i wanted them to go. But eventually, after a lot of trials i was able to move them.
I would like to learn more about how to make my animations do things, such as clap, jump, or do some kind of tricks. I would also like to learn how to make my animations work without me pressing several buttons, if that’s is possible.
For my scratch project I figured out how to move items without having to drag them where I wanted them but instead using keys.
My biggest accomplishment was probably making everything respond to the next, for example, with my dress up game, as soon as a piece of clothing was on I was able to give the next directions directly afterwards without complications.
My biggest challenge was getting the clothes to go to the right place and not be to big or small on my person. It took a while to figure out but I did.
I would like to to learn more about how to do what I wanted to do without so many complicated scripts. It would be easier and less frustrating.
for my scratch project I figured out how to make other sprites do things if it’s on a certain costume.
My biggest accomplishment was making the playesr gain points equal to the number on the dice.
My biggest challenge was making the player with the most points at the end of 30.1 seconds, win the game.
I feel I know the program very well. I have been using it for a while.
For my scratch project, what i basically figured out is how to use scratch. When we first started using scratch i thought i would be the hardest thing ever, but it turned out to be extremely easy. My biggest accomplishment was actually completing my scratch project because i felt like i would never be done. My biggest challenge was getting my theme to flow well. At first i didn’t know what to make according to my theme, but then i did a little brainstorming and it turned out to be awesome! I would like to learn more about scratch and how to make my project even better! I would also like to learn how to use some of scratches effects to make my project much more challenging.
Hello, little sweeties. My biggest accomplishment was recording darling sounds to go with my presentation (I even recorded a couple songs), and my biggest challenge was getting the film to go with my theme, which was love. My project doesn’t have much to do with “The Giver,” but it does have to do with love. Sort of. Well, that’s all. Goodbye, my dears.
Scratch is an amazing program, it has got a lot of different ways to do different things. For the Scratch Project I learned about different procedures and that when you put something together then it turns out to be a way of creating a part of your game. Even if you make a mistake you are creating something new. My biggest accomplishment in Scratch was making the people in my game slide from side to side. Also giving clear directions to the player. My biggest challange was probably when I just started, I did no know how to do anything. The hardest thing to do was trying to make the people move. I would like to learn more about the bussines behind Scratch and how the people on Scratch created that those wonderful projects. They almost seemed like games that somebody would buy at a game store.
For my scratch project i figured out how to make people move and how to put background.My biggest accomplishment was to not give up when it would not move.My biggest challenge was drawing the dresses and sounds, also making the people move it was really hard but i got to make the people move, i was really happy. I would like to learn more about scratch and everything else we did not know!
For my scratch project i figured out how to make a fashion show and have my sprite glide from one side of the screen to the other. My biggest acomplishment was actually doing the project because if no helped me i probably wouldn’t have done it.my biggest challenge was customizing my sprite because i found it hard to decide how i wanted her to look.I would really look forward to learning more about scrach and costomizing another sprite.
For my scratch project i finally figured out how to move to one place to another. My biggest accomplishment was when I finally got all the things I needed.I thought I would never get it done or would never make any sense but I was wrong i did finish it. My biggest challenge was the situation that makes sense. I would like to learn more about the effects to make it 3-D I would want my project to stand out a little more. To make it for perfection.
For my scratch project I figures out how to control animal animations by using degrees. My biggest accompilshment was causing the animal to move depending on what butten I pressed. My biggest challenge was to figure out how to do that. I would like to learn about different ways to use scratch.
For my scratch project I figured out all that I needed. But only because I have never used scratch ever.My biggest accomplishment was that I actually could do scratch and do this project.I mean that at first when I saw other peoples work I thought that it would be hard.But now I think its really easy.My biggest challenge was trying to see how to do my theme.I mean at first I didn’t know how to illustrate my theme.But I did find a way to illustrate it.I would like to know how to use more of the tools then I already do.
I haven’t finished my scratch project yet, but I’m figuring out how to use scratch.

For my scratch project I figured out how to us the “if” command. My biggest accomplishment was making my sprite do exactly what I wanted it to do. My biggest challenge was figuring out what commands to string together to get my sprite to do what I wanted it to do. I would like to learn more about scratch in general, like how to manipulate it more fluently.
Scratch program is an amazing progam. For my scratch project what I figured out was how to use commandings in order to make a game.My biggest complishment was finishing the last touches of my mathgame. This was my biggest accomplishment because I finally got to make something new and interesting. My biggest challenge was making my sprites talk and make them move to the right place. This was my biggest challenge because I had to memorize the types of keys that I had to press in order to make my sprites move, talk and work. I would like to learn more about scratch. I would like to learn more about scratch because it is an intersting program where you could make animations and games. Scratch Is an awsome progam where you could make your own games and animations. For my Scratch project I did a “The Giver” theme about war (as one of the things the community didn’t know about) and I was able to figure out how to use such command blocks as “forever…”, and switching backgrounds and costumes. I felt that my biggest accomplishment was making the timing right and being able to start the whole procedure by pushing one button. My biggest challenge was writing the procedure to go with the thoughts I had for the project at the beginning and using the right commands. I would like to learn more about the “if…” commands about hitting the end of the screen or coming to a specific color with the sprite. I would like to learn more about this because it could open new possibilities for games including mazes for when a sprite hits a wall.
Scratch has to be one of the most amazing programs I’ve used. At first it seems a little hard, but later it gets easier. For Scratch Project I figured out how to commands to make my characters move back and forth, change color, and bounce off the edge. My biggest accomplishment was putting the last touches to make everything come together, that way my project seemed interesting. My biggest challenge was finding the perfect idea/ theme, because I kept on changing my ideas a lot, most of them didn’t seem that good or that could express itself. Finally what I would like to learn more about is what else I can do with scratch. Like what other ideas I could use that involveusing effects to make my next project even better.
From my scratch project I learned fro the first time how to use scratch. My biggest accomplishment is that I used scratch correctly. My biggest challenge was using the controls, motions, looks and ect. correctly. I would like to learn more about te program by learnig more controls and ect.

For my scratch project I figured out how to make a maze and control my sprite. My biggest accomplishment was making the sprite and maze work. My biggest challenge was making it save because for some reason the computer wouldn’t let me do it. I would like to learn how to use it more masterfully and actually make a game.
For my Scratch project I figured out how to get the computer to choose costumes randomly and rotate my sprite.
Scratch was hard to use at first. My biggest accomplishments were learning how to use the software, then putting the script together and finishing it.

For my Scratch project I figured out how to use a computer program that uses animation. My biggest accomplishment was making the sprites move like how most of us saw on the Scratch website. My biggest challenge was trying to find the right location for my sprite. When ever you click one of the sprites it will go to the location set, but not all the time. I would like to learn more on how to use more controls with sprites, and how to make better looking sprites.
For my scratch project I figured out that intsead of having to drag every thing with the mouse that I could just use a bar and then clicka button and the sprite would do what the bar said.
My biggest accompishment I think was accompishing the maze that I did in elective.
My biggest problem was trieng to find the correct bars so that the sprite would do what I wanted it to do.

I was also not able to to get the commands right for my characters to move. i would like to learn more about how to get the commands still right for them to move in the direction that I want them to move in.
On my Scratch project i figured out how to import things In scratch, i also figrued out how to make a game like a fashion show. My biggest accomplishment was finishign the project on time.My biggest challenge was how to make a fahsion show in scratch.I would like to learn more about how to make my games better.

For my scratch project I figured out how to have a game of change aka a dice game. I had fun deciding the theme of the game.

scratch was so fun. it was interesting how they broke down programng codes to simple building blocks that you stack to create a program. i also found it ineresting how you can make major changes with just one or two building blocks.

For my scatch project I figured out that you can control your scratch any way you want. You can also paste pictures in your scratch from google or yahoo. For my scratch I frgured out that I can make my person bounce off the wall and to move different places. My biggest accomplishment was when I made the little ghost change diferent colors when the monkey touched it. My biggest challage was when I had to make the monkey go throught the maze and wait for the ghost to pass it. I would like to learn more about how I can get people to move to different places.
I created a maze that is very hard. This maze is unbeetable. This came was not that hard to make, even though the game is hard. I enjoyed working in this game. It is abut a cat trying to get threw a maze.

For my scratch project I figured out that when you are working with one sprite you can’t do anything with another. For my scracht project I also figured out that you art not allowed to have things say things at a certain time. For my scratch project i figured out how to make it so everytime you press the up, side, down, and left arrow button the sprite would glide through the maze. My biggest accomplishment was making it so everytime you go on a color, you would go to the end of the game. My biggest challenge was creating the maze because there were so many ways i could make the maze. I would like to learn more about making is so when you get to a certain level a message would broadcast.
Scratch is very interesting and i really like it, you can choose an sprite and animate it so it glides, or moves at different angles.
For my scratch project I figured out… how to put pictures of colonial clothing on the sprites for the colonial fasion show. I also learned how to make them move

My biggest challenge was i had to get pictures off the internet and put them in adobe photoshop, then add the pictures into into scratch.
For my scratch project i figured out how to use scratch and use the commands and conntrols to move the scratch. I also figured out how to use adobe photoshop to cut my character and then out it in scratch.
My biggest accomplishment was that I learned how make the head move with the body.
I would like to learn alot more about controling the scratches and how they move when certain things are clicked.
For my scratch project I figured out how to make the sprites go to the places I wanted them to go. This helped me alot because one of my sprites was saposed to catch the other one. My biggest acomplishment was timing the music to the movements of the sprits. My music wasn’t ecsactly timed but it was pretty close. My biggest challenge was that I had a hard time timming what they were saying. I coudn’t get how we had to do that. I would like to learn more about how to chnge the back round at the right time.
For my strach project I figured out hoe to do a whole runway show and design outfits.
My biggest accomplishment was that I made my fashion show feel like a fashion designer invented it. I added alot of detail about how the colonist woman dressed.
My buggest challenge was that I used alot of color and costrumes that were hard to put on without amking them desipre and vanish somewere.
I would like to learn more about how to do more projects on strach and try different things that will be fun.
For my Scratch project i made a maze. I had a brown bear which is endangered trying to get to his parents. If you touch the lines you get sent back to the beggining. I made it realistic by making human vehicles chase the bear if you take too long.
My main challenge was programming the bear to move and react to the blue lines. I would like to learn more about the brodcast button.

my biggest acomplishments was working scratch point blank. scratch was really hard to do and my scrpt had like 50 diffrend things like g to (x,y) and stuff.
the biggest challenge was learning how to use scripts to your advantage. becuase sometimes you would make a script and you thought it would do what you wanted it to do and when you press the green flag it did the eaxct oppisite. it got so frustrating at times i just wanted to give up.
i would like to learn more about how scratch works so next time i work on it i can make a very complex game with like 18 sprites and each of them with long scripts and like 18 levels!

For my scracth Project I did the giver theme.Where you see a memory that the giver gives Jonas.The memory is of a birthday party with two friends.
My biggest accomphisment is making a scrpit for all 3 sprites that I had.I thought it was kind of hard because of all the controls you had to us to make them talk but once you know how to use it , it becomes easier for you.
My biggest challenge was making the whole memory go on with out the pressing letters on the keyboard.
I would like to learn more about is hearing music during the scracth or recording things.

Hi for my scratch I did alot of thinks and tried differnt things and it was fun. But now we are doing something even more fun. Witch is making a race. LIke we are making a race track. Also we are making race cars. I finished mine and it looks ok. It was kind of hard but not that much. it was fun to try something else for once. For my scratch i made a fun racecar game. It uses Variables and other codes. It has 3 levels. It is hard to sequence the scripts. it has alot of errors that i will fix. I have tried it and it is very fun. I am confident that by the end of the marking period, it will be almost done. After i finish this game, i have another game that is going to be even more fun!
It’s better to use broadcasts they save time and energy. It makes it a lot easier because you don’t have to keep clicking.
